Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and siri888 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement takes effect and becomes binding as soon as you:

• Complete the account registration process on the siri888 platform;
• Log in to or access any part of our platform;
• Place a wager, play a game or carry out a financial transaction through our platform.

This Agreement should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and siri888.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to register and use the siri888 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Not be residing in a region or jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited;
• Not have been declared bankrupt or be under bankruptcy administration;
• Not be listed on any enforced self-exclusion scheme.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Falsification or provision of false information is a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in your account being suspended or closed immediately.

siri888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), proof of address and details of the payment method used.

Account Use and Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your password and login details confidential;
• Ensuring that no third party uses your account for any reason;
• Notifying siri888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account;
• Updating your personal information when changes occur.

Use of the account by a third party, including family members, is prohibited. siri888 will not be responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login information secure.

Using the siri888 platform for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering or any purpose that contravenes the law is strictly prohibited. siri888 reserves the right to cooperate with the relevant authorities if evidence of such activity is found.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

All financial transactions on the siri888 platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, regardless of payment method;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request;
• Verified withdrawals will be completed within 1 hour;
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH);
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

siri888 reserves the right to request further verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a protective measure against fraud and money laundering, not an obstacle to legitimate withdrawals.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by siri888 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before accepting any bonus.

The siri888 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500, with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000, which must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• siri888 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there are signs of promotion abuse or fraud;
• The siri888 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with cashback rates of up to 0.8% depending on membership tier;
• siri888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Responsible Gambling

siri888 is committed to responsible gambling practices and supports members in managing their gambling habits. We provide the following tools to all members aged 21 and above:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on request;
• Session time limits;

Intellectual Property and Platform Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use this platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Prohibited uses include:

• Reproducing, distributing or publishing any part of the platform's content without written permission;
• Using any data scraping engines, bots or automated methods to access or collect information from the platform;
• Attempting to reverse engineer or gain access to the platform's source code;
• Using siri888's name, logo or trademarks for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The siri888 platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. siri888 is not responsible for:

• Technical disruptions, system failures or service interruptions that occur outside our control;
• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting outcomes;
• Any unauthorised access to an account arising from a member's own negligence;
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of our services in certain regions;
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties within our platform.

siri888's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that member in the thirty days prior to the claim being made.

Account Suspension and Closure

siri888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, if any of the following occurs:

• Violation of any term in this document;
• Suspected fraud or phishing activity;
• Opening of multiple accounts by the same individual;
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system;
• Failure to pass the identity verification process;
• Instructions from relevant authorities for legal reasons.

Conversely, members also have the right to close their account at any time by contacting siri888 customer support. Valid account balances will be returned to the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the settlement of all outstanding wagering requirements.

Modifications to Terms and Governing Law

siri888 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email or a notification on the platform at least seven days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the current applicable terms.

This agreement is governed by international legal principles applicable to online gambling platforms operating under international licensing. Any disputes will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
